Crane Truck Driver / OperatorThe Bartley Corporation is seeking an experienced and dependable Crane Truck Driver / Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely driving and operating a crane truck to transport, load, unload, and place concrete forms at various jobsites.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive a concrete form panel crane truck to and from jobsitesOperate the truck-mounted crane for loading, unloading, and placement of concrete formsPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsProperly secure loads and verify equipment before transportSet up the crane safely, including outriggers and appropriate work-zone precautionsCommunicate effectively with foremen, crews, and signal persons during lifting operationsFollow company, DOT, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirementsMaintain accurate inspection, delivery, and equipment recordsAssist crews as needed with material handling and jobsite operationsMaintain the truck and crane in clean, safe operating conditionQualificationsValid CDL appropriate for the vehicle being operatedPrevious experience operating a truck-mounted crane or panel crane truckKnowledge of safe rigging, lifting, load securement, and crane operationsAbility to safely maneuver large commercial vehicles on active construction sitesStrong safety awareness and good communication skillsDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsClean driving recordWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who understands that this position is more than driving a truck.
