Estate Planning Attorney Opportunity

Seeking an experienced and highly qualified Estate Planning Attorney to join a thriving boutique Elder Law and Estate Planning practice located in Sarasota and North Port, Florida.

The practice is well-established, highly respected, and focused on helping families protect their assets, preserve their legacy, and navigate complex legal issues involving aging, incapacity, probate, trust administration, and long-term care planning.

This is a rare long-term career opportunity for an attorney who is ready to elevate their practice, enjoy a better quality of life, and build a meaningful future within a successful and growing organization.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with sophisticated estate planning clients in a supportive, highly professional environment.

The successful candidate will be joining a practice with exceptional revenues, strong systems, an established client base, and significant potential for continued growth.

We are looking for an attorney who wants to become an integral part of the future of an exceptionally profitable law practice.

The position offers both professional and financial upside, along with the lifestyle benefits of practicing law in one of Florida's most desirable coastal communities.

The organization is deeply committed to fostering a supportive and balanced work environment. We believe that excellent legal work should not come at the expense of family, health, or quality of life.

This position is designed to offer a meaningful improvement in work-life balance while still providing the opportunity for substantial professional growth.

Qualifications include at least 5 years of significant experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, and related planning matters; an LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates strongly preferred; excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills; a professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor; the ability to manage sophisticated estate planning matters independently; a desire to build a long-term future with a respected boutique practice; strong judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.

Experience in elder law, probate, or trust administration is a plus, but the primary focus of this position is creating estate plans for sophisticated clients.

Significant experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, tax planning, and related wealth preservation strategies.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold an LL.M. in Taxation or are Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, and life insurance.
