Front Desk Agent $22/hour 1 Full Time and 2 Part Time Needed As a
Front Desk Agent , you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities - You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
- Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- A career as a guest service associate can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.
Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A combination of education and experience.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Full Time Agent must be available to work a flexible schedule, including any days, weekends, or holidays: Shifts: 6 am - 2:30 pm, 11 am - 7:30 pm, 2:30 pm - 11 pm. Part Time Agents Needed Weekends and 1 or 2 days during the week (varies based on business needs).
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required-with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
