Job Description: Personal Financial Advisor

We are seeking experienced Personal Financial Advisors to contribute their expertise to a project focused on improving individual financial wellness and advancing AI systems.

In this role, you will evaluate personal financial planning scenarios, review investment strategies, and provide expert insights into financial decision-making. You will apply your practical experience advising individuals and families to assess financial recommendations, validate planning materials, and help improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated financial guidance.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional expertise, client-facing experience, and knowledge of personal financial planning are the key requirements. This engagement involves collaboration between financial professionals to compare approaches and develop high-quality insights for AI training.

1. Review personal financial planning scenarios and provide expert feedback based on practical experience advising individual clients and families.
2. Evaluate investment strategies, retirement plans, and financial recommendations to determine their suitability for individual client needs and objectives.
3. Analyze financial situations involving savings, investments, debt management, tax planning, and long-term financial goals.
4. Apply insights from one-on-one client advisory experience, including assessing financial needs, risk tolerance, investment preferences, and financial objectives.
5. Review financial planning materials and recommendations for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.
6. Explain financial concepts, planning strategies, and recommendations clearly through written assessments and verbal discussions.
7. Collaborate with another financial expert to discuss alternative approaches, compare recommendations, and contribute practical insights to AI training.
8. Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve the quality, relevance, and reliability of AI-generated financial guidance.

1. Professional experience working directly with individuals or families in a personal financial advisory or financial planning role.
2. Experience as a Personal Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Wealth Manager, Investment Advisor, or in a similar client-facing position.
3. Strong knowledge of personal financial planning, including retirement planning, investments, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth management.
4. Hands-on experience developing personalized financial plans and investment recommendations based on individual client goals and circumstances.
5. Experience evaluating clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and long-term financial needs.
6. Good understanding of financial products, portfolio management, asset allocation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
8. Ability to collaborate professionally with another financial expert, compare different perspectives, and provide constructive feedback.
9. Availability to work during overlapping North American or Latin American time zones.
