POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter will provide staffing and support their region and as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager. This individual will be highly motivated and driven. They will be committed to filling their vacancies and assessing future needs. They will work diligently as an integral part of the region they support. In addition, they will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Team. They will abide by the organization's mission of always doing the right thing.

REQUIREMENTS
Education / Licensure
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources Management preferred
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Critical thinking skills to forecast future staffing needs
Ability to work on applicant tracking systems (ATS systems)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Internet usage
Social Media recruiting skills a plus
Working Conditions
May encounter frequent interruptions
May be involved with residents, family and government agencies
May be requested to work beyond scheduled working hours at times
Physical Requirements
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day
Repetitive hand motion
Prolonged periods of sitting
Must be able to push, pull, move and or lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to read on computer or laptop
